Harveston / Margarita Village

Situated near Margarita Road and Winchester Road, Harveston and Margarita Village are two of Temecula's most walkable neighborhoods, with Harveston Lake Park, the community center, and easy access to Promenade Temecula nearby. They draw families and young professionals who want a polished suburban lifestyle with everything close at hand.

The historic heart of the city, Old Town runs along Front Street with cobblestone walkways, wine bars, breweries, and boutique shops. It suits renters who want a walkable, character-rich address with Temecula's arts and hospitality scene right outside the door.

Residents enjoy the scenic surroundings and quieter suburban pace without straying far from Temecula's restaurants and wine country.
