Once you upload all the necessary information, we’ll work on your application quickly! Approval typically takes anywhere from just 24 -72 hours. We’ll keep you in the loop throughout the process!
Yes, we offer flexible lease terms ranging from 12 to 15 months.
We’ve got several convenient payment options for you! You can pay your rent online, via WIPS, with a money order, or by check. Choose the method that works best for you! We do not accept cash.
Yes, renter's insurance is required. We offer a policy for $10.95 per month, but you can also provide your own policy that meets our requirements to avoid this charge.
Currently, all utilities are the resident's responsibility, so they’re not included in your rent.
The resident sets up electricity and gas through SCE and SGE. For all other utilities such as water. sewer, pest control & trash, those are managed through Conservice, and they’ll be applied to your ledger.
Our community is equipped for cable and internet services through Frontier, Spectrum, and Verizon (Fios).

Yes. We include assigned spaces for 2 vehicles. We also offer attached and detached garages.
Yes, we offer in-unit full-size front-loading washers and dryers. In our townhomes, you'll find full-size stackable units located on the second floor

Yes, we’re proud to be a pet-friendly community! Plus, we have a pet park and pet wash station right here on-site!
Location
Our community offers a unique, resort-like atmosphere, highlighted by the picturesque Temecula duck pond for leisure and Oscar's Brewing Company for dining right on site. Residents enjoy a full-size gym, a large pool, and inviting poolside cabanas as some of our top features. Additionally, our dog wash station is a favorite among pet owners. Everything you need is just steps away, with shopping options like Target, HomeGoods, and Vons within walking distance. Plus, Old Town Temecula and local wineries are also nearby, just a short five-minute drive from the community
We are located in the Temecula Valley Unified School District.
The nearest grocery stores include Vons and Target, both just across the street, and Aldi, located just one block over—all within walking distance of Arrive Temecula. Maintenance
Yes, we do! Our on-site maintenance team is here to help with any issues that may arise.
If you have a maintenance issue, you can easily submit a routine service request through the resident portal. For emergencies, please call 951-234-5204 and select the emergency option for immediate assistance.
You don’t need to be present if you give us permission to enter. Our team can complete your request during normal business hours.
